Belarusian scientists presented innovative developments at an exhibition in Dubai

With a report on the research and innovation potential of scientific organizations the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus made a speech at the World Exhibition EXPO 2020 In Dubai, the chief Scientific Secretary and corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences, writes the Minsk-News agency.

Innovative developments of Belarusian scientists in the food industry and agriculture were presented at the exhibition. The Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry presented fermented milk products using probiotics, dry bacterial starter cultures, mixtures for the production of sour-milk products and ice cream.

In addition, visitors could get acquainted with dietary products with a reduced protein content for children and low-lactose dairy products for people of different ages. Separately, developments to increase soil fertility were presented.
