Belarusian Women's National Team Kicks Off UEFA Nations League Season in Serbia

The Belarusian women's football team will start their UEFA Nations League season with two matches in Serbia, BelTA shares.

In the opening match of Group B3, Belarus, under new head coach Vladimir Shindikov, will face Hungary in a nominal home game in Loznica on February 21. The match, officiated by a Portuguese referee team led by Sandra Bastos, kicks off at 22:00 Minsk time and will be broadcast live on Belarus 5.

Meanwhile, Serbia will play Finland in Stara Pazova. Belarus will then take on Serbia at the same venue on February 25.

Belarus' Remaining Matches:

  • April 4: Finland vs. Belarus
  • April 8: Belarus vs. Serbia
  • May 30: Belarus vs. Finland
  • June 3: Hungary vs. Belarus

Group winners in League B will advance to League A, while second-place teams will play playoffs against third-place finishers from League A. Belarus previously competed in League C, earning promotion after topping their group last season.
