Belarusians are looking for missing persons after protests

An online portal has been launched in Belarus to search for missing protesters from 10th till 16th of August, relax.by reports.

You can use this website to find relatives or friends who have disappeared after protests and strikes over the past week. The website has a search engine with a common database of Belarusians. By entering the last name in the search engine, you can find your missing relatives and friends.

The database contains all the data received from volunteers in Okrestino, Zhodino, the officially published database of the prosecutor's office, lists published on Tut.by and in Telegram channels.

On the website, you can check the status of the detainee, where he is serving his sentence or in which hospital he is located.

At the moment, the database contains information about 5,000 detainees throughout Belarus 10-16 August 2020.
