Belarusians demand resignation of the Minister of Internal Affairs
A petition was published on the website petitions.by demanding the dismissal of the current Minister of Internal Affairs, Yuriy Karaev, reports Citydog.by.
The Belarusians motivate their dissatisfaction with the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs by the fact that he did not prevent the violence and disproportionate use of force against the protesters.
Also, the authors of the text of the petition demand to stop the violence and release political prisoners and people arrested during the protests.
At the moment, the petition has been signed by 997 people. The petition was published 2 days ago.
As soon as the petition receives a sufficient number of signatures, it will be sent to the Presidential Administration and the Council of Ministers.
