Belarusians transfer bank card details to malefactors more often

Over the past three years, the number of crimes related to the transfer of bank card details to third parties has increased in Belarus, Minsk-News reported. 

Malefactors pay Belarusians for issuing new bank cards, so that they can then be used to withdraw funds obtained by criminal means.

In 2021, there were only three such crimes, but this year there are more than 300 of them. Criminal liability is provided for the manufacture or sale of counterfeit means of payment.
