Belarusians will be able to inherit land to foreigners

From January 2023, foreign citizens can inherit land plots on the territory of Belarus, Minsk-News reported. You may want to check out the project of an unusual state hospital, which is planned to be built in Minsk.

The new Land Code, which will come into force in 2023, allows foreign citizens who are not relatives of the testator to inherit land plots.

It was also possible to inherit a house to a foreigner according to the current Land Code, and since 2023, an innovation in the document allows full inheritance of land and a house.
