Belavia resumes flights to Vilnius

From the 5th of August, "Belavia" airline resumes flights from Minsk to Vilnius, reports tut.by.

Air traffic between Lithuania and Belarus has been suspended since the 6th of April, 2020 due to the spread of the coronavirus. The first flight to Vilnius will take place on the 5th of August, 2020. At the moment, the airline plans to carry out flights four times a week. Further, the regularity of flights will depend on the demand for tickets and the epidemiological situation in the countries.

The duration of the Minsk-Vilnius flight is 35 minutes.

Despite the resumption of flights between the countries, not all Belarusian citizens will be able to enter the territory of Lithuania. Today, entry into the country is allowed for citizens of Lithuania and the countries of the European Union, as well as for holders of a residence permit.

Belavia also resumed flights to Tallinn and Warsaw.
