Belorusneft discovered new oil reserves

Belorusneft received oil inflows in several zones of the Pripyat trough. According to geologists, the resource base at the new oil field and deposits in total exceeds 6 million tons, BELTA reports.

Geologists have confirmed that the deposits found in the Bragin district can yield up to 500 thousand tons of oil. Three new highly productive deposits were also discovered in the Khoiniki district. Their potential is about 800 thousand tons of oil, the potential of the entire field is more than 3 million tons.
