“Belpochta” will deliver goods for Ozon

Ozon has signed an agreement with “Belpochta” on the delivery of purchases, belta.by reports. This was done as part of the expansion of the presence of the Russian marketplace in the country. Orders with Ozon can already be received at any post office.

“Belpochta” has pledged to deliver parcels to Belarusian customers and promote the export of goods of domestic manufacturers.

The first stage of cooperation between the parties assumes that Belarusian buyers will be able to pick up parcels from Ozon at post offices, of which there are more than 3 thousand throughout the country. You can choose a convenient point for yourself at the stage of placing an order. Depending on the location of the post office, the average delivery time will be 3 days.

Orders are delivered from Ozon logistics centers in Russia to the sorting center of “Belpochta”, after which they are distributed to the post offices of the country. Delivery to the post office is free, and the minimum order price is about 35 BYN. Over the summer, Ozon also wants to connect the “Belpochta” courier service to the delivery.

In the future, the marketplace intends to use the postal operator's infrastructure to export Belarusian goods to Russia and other countries. This year, a special showcase with products from Belarusian manufacturers should be created.
