Beltelecom will provide cellular communication services

Beltelecom (the largest telecommunications company in Belarus) has received the right to provide mobile cellular telecommunication services, writes dev.by. The Ministry of Communications and Informatization has made changes to the company's license, the agency reports.

Beltelecom has already signed a contract for the provision of 4G services with the LTE network infrastructure operator.

Beltelecom's entry into the cellular market will help solve the problem of digital inequality. It will also create convergent services convenient for subscribers — when a landline phone, Internet access, television and cellular communications are combined in one package of services.
