Brest Technopark presents the Smart City project at Dubai Exhibition

At the World EXPO 2020 in Dubai on January 24, Brest Science and Technology Park presents the SmartBrest city project, BELTA writes.

The purpose of the presentation at the exhibition is to interest potential investors.

SmartBrest is the territory of innovative development, which the current factory quarter of Brest can be turn into. According to the concept, enterprises with clean production will be located here: IT, artificial intelligence, robotics, automation, electronics, and quantum computing. There will also be a residential area, an exhibition center, and conference areas. A skyscraper with 30-40 floors should also appear on the territory. It will house offices and retail places.

The project is at the initial stage of detailed planning of the territory. The project also uses technologies that are already working in Brest.
