British American Tobacco sells assets in Belarus

British American Tobacco Group of companies announced that it sells businesses in Belarus and Russia to its own top managers, Sputnik reported.

The company has already officially concluded an agreement on the sale of its Russian and Belarusian businesses. The buyers are the heads of the Russian division, to whom the assets in Belarus and Russia will be transferred in full. After the closing of the transaction, the companies (this is expected in October) in the two countries will be called ITMS Group.
