BSU electronic library took 3rd place in ranking of university digital repositories

The electronic library of the Belarusian State University took the 3rd position in the Transparent Ranking: Institutional Repositories by Google Scholar, which was updated on June 14, 2022, the BSU website writes.

In total, the rating covered more than 4 thousand digital repositories of universities and research centers from around the world. The evaluation was carried out by the number of library documents indexed by the Google Scholar search engine. It reflects the degree of openness of the university's academic resources and the degree of their integration into the global information space. The BSU electronic library contains more than 205 thousand documents. And Google Scholar indexes 158 thousand of them.

The BSU repository ranks 9th in the overall ranking. This rating, in addition to institutional repositories, includes the scientific platforms PubMed Central, NASA Astrophysics Data System, Arxiv.org.
