Center for Early Diagnosis of Precancerous Diseases

A center for early diagnosis of precancerous diseases is planned to be opened in the 2nd Minsk hospital, Minsk-News reports.

The department will be opened in the polyclinic of the Republican Clinical Medical Center. Igor Yurkevich, Chairman of the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, said that specialists had already begun redesigning the building at 10 Krasnoarmeyskaya Street.

The center will provide an opportunity to undergo a full scope of cancer diagnostics, including cancer marker examinations, mammography and gynecologist consultations. It is planned that the new center will become an intermediate link between outpatient healthcare institutions and the capital's oncological center.
