It is planned to launch a chatbot in April-May when weather conditions allow comfortable use of personal mobility tools.
It also discusses a pilot project on road safety when renting shared scooters, including speed limits and no-traffic and parking zones.
The electric scooter rental season will begin no earlier than March 15 and end no later than November 15.
