Construction of a new metro line is being completed

Citydog.by has published photos of new metro stations, which are about to open in Minsk in the near future. We remind you that the opening was originally scheduled for July 2020.

At the moment, finishing work is being completed on the new metro line and trains are being run in. The opening of four new metro stations is scheduled for late October - early November. Soon the following stations should appear on the map of the Minsk metro: Vokzalnaya, Bogushevich Square, Yubileynaya Square and Kovalskaya Sloboda. Also, in the plan for the construction of the third metro line, there is the Aerodromnaya station.

The deepest metro station will be the Yubileynaya Square stop. The depth of the metro line at this point will be 20 meters. From this station there will be a transition to the Avtozavodskaya metro line - the Frunzenskaya station. Also, the green line will connect to the Moscow metro line - Vokzalnaya station.
