Construction of a plant waste composting station is being completed in Minsk

The construction of a composting station is coming to an end in Minsk. Such a complex will be the first in the post-Soviet countries, minsknews.by reports.

The station will start working in the industrial zone on Montazhnikova Street in mid-October. It is planned to process foliage, mown grass, branches, twigs on it. It will be possible to compost 70 thousand tons of plant residues there per year. As a result, you will get 28 thousand tons of compost. It will be used for the manufacture of soil.
