Construction of the Armenian Apostolic Church began in Minsk

An Armenian apostolic church with a height of 24 meters is being built in Minsk, Minsk-News reported. At the end of November, the 625th anniversary of Islam in Belarus was celebrated in Minsk.

The church is being built on vulica Filimonava. It will become the first temple of Belarusian Armenians. In total, more than 8.5 thousand Armenians live in Belarus, almost 2 thousand of them are in Minsk.
