Coworking will open in a water tower in one district of Minsk
It is planned to build five residential multi-storey buildings in the Stepyanka district, as well as reconstruct an inactive water tower to accommodate cafes and coworking there, Minsk-News reported.
According to the project from city planners, a new building will appear between vulica Hiealahičnaja and a park. For this purpose, warehouses and other household facilities will be demolished.
They want to pave a new street on the vacated site, build five residential buildings with a height of 10 to 19 floors, three parking lots, equip courtyards with playgrounds and sports grounds, and plant as many trees as possible.
In the water tower, they want to make windows and a glazed dome ceiling so that a cafe and a coworking area can be located there.
Now they are looking for investors for the project.
