Crossing Belarusian border by electric scooters was banned

Belarusian checkpoints on the border with the EU countries cannot be crossed by electric scooters, GyroScooters and segways now, Minsk-News reported with reference to The Border Committee of Belarus.

According to the new Traffic Rules of October 27, electric scooters, GyroScooters and segways are not vehicles. It follows that their owners are equated with pedestrians and cannot use these means to cross the state border.
