Danish beer will be produced in Belarus
The Belarusian brewery Hops will produce one of the Danish Mikkeller beers, relax.by reports.
Hops brewery has agreed to cooperate with the Danish beer brand Mikkeller. One of the Mikkeller beers will be produced according to the brand's recipe and standards. The brewery decided to start with a New England-style IPA. The first samples have already been sent to the factory in Denmark and received confirmation of the compliance of the samples with the brand requirements.
The beer will be available in Belarus. It can be found under the Mikkeller brand name Spark Joy. Despite the fact that the cooperation agreement was signed in April 2020, production had to be postponed due to the pandemic. However, the first samples will appear in shops and bars in Belarus on the 2nd of October, 2020.
Note: The Mikkeller brand started brewing beer in 2006 in Copenhagen and has produced about 2000 different types of beer.
