Demand for apartment rentals in Minsk tripled

Over the past month, the number of search queries "rent an apartment in Minsk" has tripled, CityDog.io writes. However, in comparison with June 2021, demand fell by 5-10%.

The number of apartments for rent increased by 3.5% compared to May 2022. In most cases, the supply has grown due to 1- and 2-room apartments.

Average rental rates continue to decline. At the end of June, the average rental prices of apartments in Minsk were as follows:

• 1-room apartments — $256 (decrease by 1.2%);
• 2-room apartments — $318 (decrease by 0.6%);
• 3-room apartments — $402 (0% reduction);
