Dzinara Alimbekava took 3rd place in the pursuit race at the World Cup

Belarusian biathlete Dzinara Alimbekava took third place in the pursuit race at the fifth stage of the World Cup in Oberhof, Germany, BELTA reports.

Dzinara finished with a score of 33 min 18.8 sec. The second place was taken by Swedish biathlete Hannah Eberg.

Belarusian Irina Leshchenko took the 18th final, Alina Pilchuk came to the finish 40th, Elena Kruchinkina was 49th.

French biathlete Kentin Fillon Maillet won the men's 12.5 km pursuit.

The next stage of the Planet Cup will be held from January 12 to 16 in the German city of Ruhpolding.
