Egypt introduces pre-registration for tourists from March 1

From March 1, before departure to Egypt, you must register on the website visitegypt.gov.eg and get a QR code. It must be presented to the control services upon arrival in the country, the Minsk-News agency writes.  

In the registration form, you need to fill the data from the vaccination certificate or PCR test done no later than 72 hours before departure.

All tourists arriving in Egypt from Belarus must have a completed declaration form with them, as well as one of the following documents to choose from:

• a negative result of a PCR test done no more than 72 hours before arrival in Egypt;
• a negative result of an express test for the COVID-19 antigen done no later than 24 hours before arrival in Egypt;
• a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19, confirming that the tourists were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure. At the same time, the certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 must have a QR code.
