EPAM bought “Clover Park”

EPAM became the owner of the business center "Clover Park", which was built by the Israeli Fishman Group, reports dev.by. EPAM did not specify when the deal was closed or how much the company paid for the business center. 

The Clover Park business center with an area of 15,000 square meters opened in the fall of 2014. For its construction, Fishman Group has attracted a loan of 8.7 million euros from the European Bank for reconstruction and development.

EPAM has at least ten offices in Minsk. At the beginning of last year, the company was the largest tenant of business centers.
