Exports of scientific organizations in Belarus rose by 30%

Organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus increased exports by 30.2% in the first half of 2022, BELTA reports. Also, the export of Belarusian goods increased by 14% over the year.

In January—June, the organizations of the National Academy of Sciences made products for export and performed work under contracts with foreign customers in the amount of about $ 19 million. This is 30.2% more than in the same period of 2021.

In addition, the scientific organizations have received grants totaling more than $120 thousand. Due to the growth of financial indicators, the salary of researchers increased by 20% and averaged BYN 1,584.
