Factories are for sale on Oktyabrskaya street

Three huge buildings of the MZOR plant on Oktyabrskaya Street are up for sale, relax.by reports. Free spaces can become new trendy restaurants, cozy cafes and creative spaces.

The sale of three buildings is due to the fact that in July 2020 the plan for the reconstruction of Oktyabrskaya Street was approved. The street, popular among young people, will be converted from a production street to a public one. It is planned to open a large number of conceptual and creative spaces, as well as cafes and restaurants in the territory of the plant.

Acceptance of applications for participation in the auction will continue until the 23^rd of October. The auction itself will take place on the 28^th of October, 2020.

The plant itself will move its production facilities from Oktyabrskaya Street to Lenina Street, where the plant's main premises are located. At the same time, the number of manufactured goods should remain at the same volume.
