From August 4, Belarusians can take TOEFL remotely

The ETS organization, which conducts the international TOEFL exam in English, returns the possibility for Belarusians and Russians to take some variants of the exam in a remote format, CityDog.io writes.

In March 2022, ETS stopped taking exams in Russia and Belarus. From August 4, the company will make changes to the rules. It will allow examinees in Russia and Belarus to register for the remote version of the TOEFL iBT Home Edition, TOEFL Essentials and GRE exams, if they do not have financial obstacles.

Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, it is still impossible to pass the exam in Russia and Belarus in presence.
