Georgy Kondratiev heads the Belarusian national football team

Georgy Kondratiev has been confirmed as the head coach of the national football team of Belarus. This decision was made on July 28 by the executive committee of the Association "Belarusian Football Federation", belta.by reports.

Since April 6, 2021, Kondratiev has managed the Belarusian national team as an acting head coach after the departure of Mikhail Markhel.

Georgy Kondratiev was previously the head coach of the national team from 2011 to 2014.

In September, the national football team of the Republic of Belarus will play FIFA 2022 World Cup qualification matches against the Czech Republic, Wales and Belgium.
