Great Stone Industrial Park received the right to use the subsoil

On February 15, Belarus adopted the Law No. 156-Z "On changing the laws on the activities of the Great Stone Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park", pravo.by writes.

The law allowed the administration of the Great Stone Industrial Park to make decisions on granting geological and mining allotments to resident companies of the Park. It is also allowed to make decisions on the suspension or termination of the right to use the subsoil in violation of the legislation on protection and use.

Geological allotments can also be provided if they are located on the territory of the park. The Law come into force six months after its official publication.
