Ground entry and exit from Belarus opens on April 3
From April 3, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship can enter or leave Belarus through land borders. A PCR test or a certificate of vaccination with any vaccine is still required for entry. PCR is not needed for transit, BELTA writes.
Russian citizens do not need a PCR test or certificate to enter Belarus through the Belarusian-Russian section of the border. Also, entry and exit through ground checkpoints is now fully open to citizens of Belarus. They do not need a PCR test to enter the country.
Foreign citizens traveling from Ukraine to the place of permanent residence are allowed visa-free entry to the territory of Belarus until April 15, the Border Committee reports.
