Heating will work in apartments in Minsk until May 10

The estimated deadline for the completion of the heating season in the housing buildings of Minsk is the first decade of May, the Minsk–News agency writes.

The decision to turn off the heating is made when the average daily air temperature for three consecutive days is 8℃ and above.

First of all, the batteries will be turned off in industrial and other organizations, public and administrative buildings. In the second — in citywide baths, theaters, higher, secondary specialized and vocational educational institutions, dormitories and housing stock. Hotels, libraries, state archives, museums, social welfare institutions, medical, therapeutic and preventive, school and preschool educational institutions remain the last without heating.
