Holy Fire will be delivered to Belarus

The Israeli authorities allowed delegations from 11 countries to fly to Jerusalem before Easter for the Holy Fire. This was stated by the director of the Department of World Religions in the Israeli Foreign Ministry, Sharon Regev, minsknews.by reports.

11 countries (Cyprus, Bulgaria, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, Romania, Greece, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Poland) were able to fly to Israel to receive the holy fire in Jerusalem and bring it home. Despite the fact that the airport in Israel is closed to foreigners due to restrictions on the coronavirus.

The Israeli Foreign Ministry said that they have been preparing for this event for many weeks.
