HoReCa International Exhibition in Minsk

From June 8 to 10, Minsk will host the international exhibition HoReCa. RetailTech, dedicated to the hospitality industry, catering, the latest trends and technologies in the field of trade, relax.by reports.

HoReCa. RetailTech is an annual industry exhibition dedicated to the restaurant market, the catering industry and the hospitality industry in the Republic of Belarus.

Visitors of the exhibition will be able to personally get acquainted with the products and test the equipment. For the guests of the event, various master classes, seminars and presentations were prepared, which will be conducted by reputable experts.

The program of the exhibition:

• Pizza Championship - the first republican pizza championship, where participants will be able to compete in the skill of cooking pizza in 4 categories;
• Cake/Pie/Bun HoReCa - master classes in confectionery and baking art;
• Free Kitchen - introduction to the products of local producers. The chefs will create dishes using local products;
• StyleS HoReCa - a competition for serving and decor, where new fashion trends will be shown. Visitors will also be able to learn more about gastronomic aesthetics from the participants;
• KulinarShow - festival of culinary arts. The performance of the chefs in real time. The expert commission will be made up of chefs and brand chefs;
• Food Market - a fair of farm and craft products.

The exhibition will be held on the territory of the Football Arena (20/2 Pobediteley Ave.).
