HTP has created the first online electronic mediation service

The first online electronic mediation service in Belarus has appeared in the Hi-Tech Park (HTP), BelTA reports.

Developed by the HTP resident in collaboration with the leading mediators and lawyers, this service provides an opportunity to quickly resolve disputes between companies through a professional mediator. The main advantage of the service is saving time and money, since the entire procedure takes place online, and documents are signed with an electronic digital signature (EDS) and sent to the court directly from the office.

Online mediation allows to maintain partnerships between companies, avoiding the need for litigation. A financially beneficial mediation process often ends with the voluntary execution of an agreement.

The service was launched in February 2024 and has already helped to successfully conduct several meditations, all electronic documents have been accepted by the Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus.
