HTP to Provide Grants for IT Students and Teachers

Belarus Hi-Tech Park will launch a grant scholarship program for IT students and lecturers, Belarus Today reports.

Funding will support 12 universities where startup projects are being developed. The promotional campaign is expected to begin in March.

At a recent hackathon hosted by HTP, more than 200 students from 50 teams worked on a prototype of a Belarusian cloud platform.

Nineteen teams reached the final and competed for a prize fund of 5,000 Belarusian rubles.
