Huawei Pay service is launched in Belarus

Huawei Pay mobile payment system has arrived in Belarus. Now, you can pay for purchases with a Huawei smartphone with EMUI 12 and above, which also supports NFC, Kaktutzhit reported.

Payments in Huawei Pay pass through the UnionPay international payment system. This means that you can pay with Huawei Pay in shops, cafes and other places in Belarus if a UnionPay card issued by any bank in the world is linked to it.

In Belarus, UnionPay cards can be obtained so far only in two banks, Belgazprombank and Belarusbank. At the moment, the service is available only for Belarusbank cardholders. In the future, the list of banks working with the UnionPay system will increase.
