Ilya Ivashka Triumphs at ITF Tournament in China

Belarusian tennis player Ilya Ivashka won the ITF tournament in Lu'an, China, with a prize fund of $15,000, BelTA writes.

In the final, he defeated Russia’s Egor Agafonov 6–4, 7–5, without dropping a single set throughout the tournament.

Meanwhile, another Belarusian, Erik Arutyunyan, fell short in the final of the ITF event in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, losing to Georgia’s Saba Purtseladze. In the doubles final, Arutyunyan and Denis Ostapenko were also defeated by the British-Estonian duo Ben Jones and Kristjan Tamm.
