In 2021, more than 100% were paid for communal services in Minsk

In 2021, the payment for housing and communal services in Minsk amounted to 100.15%. This is the highest rate in the last 5 years, the Minsk-News agency writes. 

At the same time, the number of debtors decreased by 25% in houses that are serviced by housing and communal enterprises. There are 21% fewer debtors in private homes.
