In 2022, Belarus will spend $275 million to finance state programs

In 2022, the Development Bank of Belarus will allocate BYN688.591 million to finance state programs and events, BELTA writes. Of this amount, almost BYN12 million ($4.5 million) will be allocated as part of state support for the Agrarian Business program for 2021-2025.

Another BYN210 million ($84 million) under the same state program will be allocated as loans for investment projects. Also, certain funds will be allocated for a number of other investment projects, including in the transport sector. To finance the purchase of machinery and equipment, BYN310MN ($124 million) will be allocated for leasing.

More than BYN114 million ($45 million) will be allocated for projects on the decisions of the President. Of these, BYN29 million ($12 million) will be spent on the bridge reconstruction project in the Grodno region. BYN5 million ($2 million) will be used for the construction of healthcare facilities. The Belarusian State Medical University will also receive BYN8 million ($3 million).
