In Belarus, all labor pensions increased by 7%

Since March 1, all types of labor pensions in Belarus have been increased by 7%. This applies to old-age pensions, superannuation pensions, disability pensions, loss of breadwinner pensions, BELTA writes.

As a result of the increase, the average age pension of a non-working pensioner in March will amount to BYN580. This is 13.2% more than the pension in March 2021. And also by 6.3% more than in February 2022.

BYN75.7 million ($25 million) per month will be allocated to increase pensions. In general, about BYN16.1 billion ($5 billion) is planned for the payment of pensions this year.
