In Belarus, cash payments instead of milk will be given for harmful working conditions

The Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Belarus told about one of the changes in the Labor Code, which will affect work in special working conditions, the Minsk-News agency writes with reference to the СTV TV channel .

Milk, which is given to employees of harmful specialties, can be replaced with cash payments. Today, milk is given to citizens as compensation for recovery. But since milk is not suitable for everyone, the Minister of Labor proposed to make compensation flexible and replace it with a cash payment.

It will be possible to replace the delivery of milk with a cash payment at the request of the employee.
