In Belarus, it is possible to issue permits for foreign trucks

It is necessary to pay 15 basic units for obtaining a permit for the passage of trucks of foreign countries through the territory of Belarus, Sputnik reported.

This permit may become the basis for the movement of vehicles on the territory of Belarus, which has been prohibited since April this year. The ban on movement in Belarus was in effect for trucks and tractors registered in the member states of the European Union.

In addition to the paid permit, trucks can now pass through Belarus on the basis of a permit from the European Conference of Ministers of Transport.

It is still not necessary to issue a paid permit for transport that transports the following goods:

• postal items;
• bulky goods, for the transportation of which a special permit is required, and vehicles for their transportation;
• humanitarian cargo;
• live animals and specialized vehicles for their transportation;
• finished medicines, medical products, spare parts for them, raw materials and materials for the production of medicines and (or) medical products, human blood, organs and tissues.
