In March, prices for apartments in Minsk decreased

In March, the cost per square meter of an apartment in Minsk fell by an average of 7.9%. This is one of the largest price reductions during the month for many years, the Minsk-News agency reports with reference to the data of the Avangard Real Estate Agency.

Prices have decreased for all types of apartments. For example, one-room apartments became cheaper by 8.1%, two-room apartments — by 7.9%, three-room apartments — by 7.7%, and four-room apartments — by 9.6%.

Now there are more than 11 thousand apartments for sale in the city. This is the maximum number of objects on sale for the market over the years.
