In Minsk, young artists will paint fences along the railway

This spring, facades and fences that are adjacent to the railway and are constantly being attacked by vandals will be painted in Minsk, the Minsk-News agency writes.

Sketches of young artists have already agreed on. Paints and brushes will be provided by the administration of Minsk districts.

There is hope that this will stop vandals from painting graffities. Such work has already been carried out in Minsk. Many transformer substations and other technical structures in the city are decorated with paintings.
