In September, the export of agricultural products amounted to 800 million US dollars

According to the Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus, the export of agricultural products in September amounted to 800 million US dollars. The total amount for the year may be 10 times more, Minsk-Novosti reported.

Last year, the country sold agricultural products worth about 6.7 billion US dollars. This year, sales may reach 8.2–8.3 billion dollars.

As has been repeatedly emphasized, along with the development of foreign economic activity in this area, Belarus ensures its own food security.
