In two cities of Belarus, all public transport will be electric

The government and the Ministry of Energy have instructed the authorities of the cities of Zhodzina and Shklow to replace all urban public transport with electric, the Ministry of Energy reported.

The Deputy Minister of Energy said that the project is planned to be implemented by the end of 2026. With the participation of the Ministry of Energy, buses, trolleybuses and trams in Zhodzina and Shklow will be replaced with electric ones.

Let us remind you that the international agricultural exhibition BELAGRO 2023 has started in Belarus, in which 450 companies from 10 countries participate.
