Innovative dairy products in Belarus

A representative of the holding in the field of dairy industry told which dairy products are produced in the Minsk region, BelTA reported.

Five major large enterprises are engaged in milk production in the Minsk region. They are engaged in the production and processing of milk, butter, dry dairy products.

The range of enterprises also includes cheeses, from the simplest to elite hard cheeses with long maturation periods, cheeses with fillers, different flavors and additives. Cheese with white and blue mold is also produced in Vileika.

The Zdravushka brand («Здравушка») has released the first batches of hypoallergenic milk.

Approximately 62% of the milk produced in the Minsk region is exported, the rest of the products go to the domestic market.
