Interactive environmental map appeared in Minsk

The environmental map of Minsk helps find out about the nearest locations of containers for the separate collection of secondary raw material and other useful information, the Minsk-News agency writes.

The map shows information about municipal waste management facilities: places of temporary storage of plastic waste, glass, paper, solid municipal waste, secondary material resources, tires, batteries, mercury-containing waste, waste oils, batteries, fluorescent lamps.

The addresses of procurement points are also presented, indicating working hours, telephone numbers and types of raw materials accepted. You can also find out about the location of waste processing sites, their sorting, and burial.

There is also information about organizations that collect and transport municipal waste. In addition, the interactive map, the layers of which are included both individually and as a group, can display information about the population density in the administrative districts of Minsk. According to these data, the lowest population density in Partizansky district of Minsk, the largest is in Frunzensky.
