International cargo transportation rules were changed in Belarus

In Belarus, some rules for the distribution, issuance and use of permits for international road transport of goods have changed, the Minsk-News agency reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

Permits to travel through the territory of foreign states will be issued by the Transport Inspectorate to carriers who are registered in the automated system for accounting and issuing permits. They also need to indicate in this system information about cargo vehicles, drivers and persons responsible for organizing and performing international road transport, and attach supporting documents.

No later than June 30, 2022, carriers need to provide the structural units of the Transport Inspection with a list of cargo vehicles in a new form, copies of vehicle registration certificates, a list of drivers, a certificate of revenue from international cargo transportation activities and other information. Detailed information is available on the website of the Ministry of Transport.
